Features ezAdu
The ezAdu application has been developed under the initiative of the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) to allow users to make any complaint simply by using a smartphone without having to attend the nearest KPDN Office.
Users can make a complaint with 4 simple steps, namely by entering the details of the complaint, filling out the complaint report and then marking the location of the complaint along with a picture as evidence.
Users can also check the status of the complaint and the action taken by the KPDN against the complaint.
